The 30-day sprint
The intensive part of the program spans over 30 days in which Swami Mukti will help you define the inner work required for the changes you wish to see.
After assessing your situation, you will receive a 12 month practice plan combining effective tools such as breath work, meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to suit your physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual needs.

The 60-day marathon
The first 30 days are a crucial time to raise your frequency and gain momentum when working with your mind. Equally as important is to stay consistent over the long-therm. Therefore you will have two follow-through sessions at 30 and 60 days after the initial month of the program.
6) 30min follow-up Skype after 30 days
7) 30min follow-up Skype after 60 days
That equals 225min of one on one Skype support over 3 months.
By the end of the 3 months you are equipped with tools and insights to keep progressing with the help of your 12 month practice plan.

How to get started?

Within 24 hours you’ll hear back from us with further details.
Make your payment via paypal or transfer.
We’ll then ask you to schedule your initial 4 Skype sessions using our scheduling tool.
Once we get all the formalities out of the way- we can get to work.

The Not-So-Fine Print
We only accept 3 participants per month. When a participant cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent someone else from booking their spot in the program.
Please contact us at least 14 days prior to your first appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will still be charged NZ$ 225. (Illness or emergencies excluded.)

Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes.
We are confident about the high value of the systems we use. Their benefits, however, rely strongly on your participation. Upon booking your spot you are committing to your own progress and the inner work required.
Nevertheless, we want you to be truly content with the mentoring experience. By the end of week two, if you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll refund all of your money.

What if I wish to receive support after our time is up?
One-off Skype sessions of 60min can be scheduled for NZ$ 95 after the 3 month period. ( US $ 70 | € 65 )
What means “inner work”?
Change doesn’t mean you try hard to become someone else. By becoming conscious of and peeling away old thinking patterns and learned behaviour, you grow into who you really are – who you have been all along. The ‘work’ lies in recognising where you limit, block or delude yourself.
Can I pay in instalments?
This is a possibility, but will incur a slight increase in the overall price. Please inquire about the details.
Does the 30-day Mind Mentoring take place every year?
Yes, this program is available through January, February, March and April of every year.
